Record Winds
On March 24, Bahrain International Airport recorded a 68-knot wind gust , the strongest since records began in 1976. The previous record of 62 knots had stood since 2000. If you felt like your car door was trying to escape yesterday, that's why. Maybe pack an extra jacket!
