AI Assistant
Bahrain’s Education Ministry is rolling out AI across public schools, with 130 schools now recognised as tech-integrated campuses through programmes supported by Microsoft.The next phase includes upgrading EduNet into a smart platform offering students a personalised virtual assistant, alongside robotics, Micro:bit coding, VR tools, and AI training for teachers.

Bahraini entrepreneur Alhareth Shaker Haji started baking at 16 and turned it into Molt by age 19. He spent nearly five years perfecting one signature cookie recipe, choosing to focus on a single product to build a strong brand while balancing studies and business life.He later launched “100 Bahraini Businesses in 100 Days” to spotlight and support local businesses, helping boost homegrown entrepreneurship across Bahrain.

Salaries & Loans
Bahrain is rolling out new support measures to ease financial pressure. Bahraini employees’ salaries in the private sector will be covered for April through the Unemployment Insurance Fund. On top of that, a new loan deferral and liquidity support program is being introduced to help ease repayments and keep the economy steady.

New Beach
Work has started on a large-scale upgrade at Bilaj Al Jazayer, with the public beach temporarily closed for phase one of improvements led by Edamah.The project spans more than 80,000 sqm and will transform the beachfront into a lifestyle destination with shaded walkways, cycling and jogging tracks, a children’s play area, and outdoor fitness zones.
